1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of http://localhost:3000 (the "Site") and your purchase of digital products from Marginalia ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Products
All products are digital files delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped. Product descriptions, previews and screenshots are provided to help you decide; minor differences may exist.
3. Prices and payment
Prices on the Site are shown in US dollars (USD). Payment is made manually via Whish Money. After you place an order we email you our Whish payment details; your order is confirmed once we see your payment in our Whish account, and your files are then emailed to you. You do not need to send us a receipt. We may contact you on WhatsApp to match a payment to an order, and we may decline or cancel an order if payment is not received or cannot be verified.
4. Delivery
After we confirm your payment, we email your files (as attachments or download links) to the email address you provided at checkout. Please make sure it is correct and check your spam folder. If you do not receive your files within a reasonable time, contact us at hello@example.com.
5. License
When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. Unless the product states otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute, share or republish the files, in whole or in part, or claim them as your own.
6. Refunds
Because digital products cannot be returned, all sales are final once files have been delivered. If a file is corrupted, missing or materially different from its description, contact us within 7 days and we will fix it or, where we cannot, offer a refund.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to access areas you are not authorized to access, interfere with its operation, or submit false information.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, design, graphics and product files, is owned by Marginalia or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
9. Disclaimer and liability
Products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marginalia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Site or its products, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
