Order and payment
After checkout you will receive an email with the Whish details. Pay from your Whish app and we email your files as soon as we see the payment.
Delivery
Files arrive by email once your payment is confirmed. Check spam, or contact us with your order number.
Refunds
Damaged, missing or wrong file? Tell us within 7 days and we will make it right.

Enter your name and Gmail. That is all, no account to create.

Pay with Whish Money
We email you the payment details. Send the total from your Whish app. That's it: we check our Whish and email your files once your payment arrives.

Receive your files
Once we confirm your payment, your ebooks arrive in your inbox, usually within a couple of hours.

Quick answers
With Whish Money. After you place your order we email you our Whish number and your total. Send the payment from your Whish app. There is nothing to send back: we check our Whish app and email your files as soon as we see your payment.
As soon as we confirm your payment, we email your files to the address you gave at checkout. That is usually within a couple of hours. Check your spam folder if you do not see it.
Every guide comes as a PDF and an EPUB, so you can read on any phone, tablet, e-reader or computer. Workbook pages are print-friendly.
No. You only enter your name and email at checkout.
Because these are digital files, sales are final once delivered. If a file is damaged or missing, tell us within 7 days and we will fix it or refund you.
Your purchase is a personal license. Please do not redistribute the files; recommend the store instead, authors appreciate it.
Check spam and promotions first, then write to us from the Support page with your order number and we will resend it.
